3. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order with us, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method

4. Shipping Policy

We ship to most regions globally, excluding certain parts of Asia and remote regions. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS, delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, you may request a full refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important exceptions:

  • We cannot accept returns for roses that have been planted
  • We cannot accept returns for plants showing significant decline due to improper care after delivery
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Inspect your plants upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any transit damage
